Jade Jones has won Olympic Gold a second time for Taekwondo. Last time, I developed a macquette for a proposed statue, which can be seen here.

A split section of a tree trunk has revealed the forms that will inspire this work. The slideshow displays an initial sketch, the timber pieces that provide the fuel for the ideas, and an early macquette of one of the forms.
